Alpine Holding Kft. hereby announces that, in relation to the shares of Ultima Capital SA (“Ultima”), it has successfully collaborated and reached comprehensive and final agreements with certain minority shareholders as well as Ultima’s founding shareholders regarding their contractual relationships with Alpine Holding Kft. As a result of these agreements, the rights and obligations under the options held by Alpine Holding Kft. and the minority shareholders in respect of their Ultima shares have been terminated. The agreements address all relevant outstanding matters, and all parties consider such issues resolved to their mutual satisfaction as of the date hereof.
